I had a question about connecting our visualization tool to Panoply. I followed the ‘connect’ instructions and attempted to connect via a Redshift connection. But my issue seems to be rooted in the User and Password portion of logging in.

When I initially signed in to Panoply, I used the Connect with Google option. It seems that my Google password is not the password that the Redshift node is looking for. What should I do?

You’re correct. The Google password is not being used. Instead, a system-generated password is used.

You should reset your password. You can do that in the Panoply platform by clicking the top right icon then selecting Change password. An email will be sent to you with further instructions.

After your password change is complete, you will still be able to connect to the platform using Google and by using the new password you have chosen.
