How do we use a dynamic destination with an S3 data source?

I want to use a dynamic destination instead of using only literal text to specify my destination. How can I do this in Panoply?

In order to have a dynamic destination, use one of the fields within the data to determine the destination. Do this by entering the field in curly brackets. Then the S3 data source will send data into the destination that you choose.

For example, table_{type} takes the type field from each row and sets the destination of each row based on that value. The resulting tables might have names such as these: table_inventory, table_sales, and table_customers.

Note that the table_ prefix is optional and is just used in this example to emphasize that you can also include regular text in a dynamic destination.
